DHL Express (61 USD)
This is suitable for most of items, excluding insurance. The price does not include insurance. In case of damage or loss of consignment DHL provides very low refunds. Some destinations have Remote area service surcharge. We will contact you if it is your case.


Free Economy delivery Worldwide
All packages are registered and signature needed before delivered. Tracking numbers are available.

If you want to make use of DHL please contact us and we will send you an invoice. It is the fastest means.

Return Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions.

We do our best to offer the highest quality products to our customers. In the rare instance a return is necessary, please review our return policy terms and conditions below before submitting a return claim as it may affect the return.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Returns

The Buyer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason in accordance with § 1829 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code to withdraw from purchase contract within 14 days from receiving of goods. While if purchase contract of sale are several kinds of goods or supply of several parts, this period runs from the date of receiving of the last delivery. The withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer is obliged to send the goods back not later than 14 days after the withdrawal or deliver them to the Seller in the agreed manner.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items will be considered used if:

  • The optic, sight, or accessory has been mounted on a gun, rail system, or other device
  • The optic has been installed in a mount or scope rings.
  • Any physical blemishes or damage has occurred, such as scratching or scuffing of the product.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at info@eacoop.eu. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. to accompany your return.

All returned merchandise should be sent to us at Euro – African Cooperative, družstvo,  Vodní Valy 766, 57001, Litomysl, Czech Republic.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Money back warranty within 14 days from the purchase of goods. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
